     Recruitment of Staff
•    To start the process of recruitment, selection and post recruitment, you start by defining the profile, job description, salary budget, management, administration and coordination of the project will be responsible for that selection.
•    The vacancy will initially be published internally or convocations to institutions working on issues that require the hiring of new staff, likewise will assess the budgetary provision to do it through the press, radio according to the requirements in profile.
*Deadline is set for the CV in order to pass to a subsequent selection phase.

Each applicant must have his or her information with a job application form, which will be provide IDEI personal.

Debugging Resumes
CV received are sorted and removed that first visit that do not meet the minimum requirements for the position that is being required as academic level, prior experience of the post applied for, claim to pay is not commensurate with the available budget, lack of advice, criminal and police that have problems.

Qualification
Curriculum are graded based on the terms of reference, a selection committee composed IDEI Association Executive Director, Financial Manager, and Coordinator project. The committee points scores on a sheet consolidation staff selection and interviewing the best candidates as to obtain more information about the personality and knowledge about their aspirations and experiences in general.

Candidate
Will be considered, the Management and Administration of the three or four-curriculum that reached this stage for the election of the best candidate for the job
